1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bloomy (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Bloomy provides a web-based platform for creating and managing wedding RSVP pages, guest lists, and related wedding planning tools. The Service is provided on a paid basis with optional free trial periods.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Payments & Refunds

Plans are sold as one-time payments in Australian Dollars (AUD). A 7-day free trial is included. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase for unused accounts.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including names, photos, and wedding details. By using the Service, you grant Bloomy a limited licence to store and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or offensive content, or to interfere with the operation of the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloomy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate use of the Service at any time. Upon termination, your access to the dashboard will cease but your published RSVP page may remain accessible until the plan expires.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.
